WHOA! Hello, Fall. You’re welcome to stay as long as you want, okay? The lovely Anna and I spent a Sunday afternoon enjoying some cool weather and a killer sunset. I’m suuuuuuper crazy about these photos!

Wow, Lexi. This girl is one of the greatest. So full of life and personality, and she knows how to bring it. This goes down as one of my favorite senior sessions to date.
Back on one of those prettier, refreshing Fall days, I went out with Anna for her senior photos. Anna is one of those lovely, stylish, wonderfully warm and friendly girls who makes you realize what an awkward mess you were at eighteen. And twenty-four. And thirty-one.
Peter was the first senior I shot at my studio this summer. He’s probably the cutest boy on the planet (sorry, an awkward old lady is calling you cute, Peter) not to mention super nice and stylish. Aaaaand he’s a talented musician. This kid is going places.
Shakeida is another awesome senior I had the pleasure of meeting and working with towards the end of 2014. So much style on these kids! I’m telling ya.
TAYLOR!!! I want to shout from the highest point in Omaha about how wonderful you are. You’re fun and bright and pretty. And if I weren’t so much older than you, I’m sure you’d want to be my friend, right? I’m cool too, right?
No. Not really.
But check out how unbelievably awesome this session was!!!
Shooting teenagers makes me nervous. They’re so young and hip and I’m so in my 30s. I absolutely loved Adrienne though. She played some seriously gorgeous music on her violin, she laughed at the stupid things I said, she didn’t care that I dragged her through mud and ruined her shoes… She’s awesome.
It’s that time of year! I’m starting to get lots of really awesome seniors on the calendar. Jennifer came in and she rocked it. She’s obviously gorgeous, is a definite Jennifer Lawrence doppelganger, but she was also sweet and fun.
Payton is gorgeous. See below.
It’s such a great change of pace to work with high school seniors. I love being able to be a little more daring with the shooting style and editing. I always try to keep my weddings very classic looking, but with seniors it’s okay to be a little trendy and funky. Senior photos are more like a little time-capsule – 2014 in a photo.
